For others, it looks like poor boundaries, people-pleasing tendencies, or the weight of cultural, family, and societal expectations that make it hard to know what you truly want.

I’m Dr. Janine O’Brien.
I am so happy you’re here! A little about me…I’m a licensed clinical psychologist living in New York and have almost 15 years of experience as a therapist. I’ve worked in a variety of different clinical settings with various populations before opening my private practice in 2019.
Outside of my therapist life, I love the outdoors (when it’s warm and sunny), fitness, podcasts, reading, music, dancing, cooking daydreaming, and dark chocolate.
